Thank you for shopping with AGHA JEE UNIFORMS. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within Pakistan.

Order Processing

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Normal processing time is 1–2 working days depending on order volume. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day. You may receive a confirmation call or message before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders through trusted courier companies operating across Pakistan. Delivery options may include standard courier delivery, cash on delivery (COD), or prepaid delivery through bank transfer or card payment. Available options will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:
Within Lahore: 1–3 working days
Within Punjab: 2–4 working days
Other provinces: 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary during sales, seasonal rush, extreme weather, or courier delays. These timelines are estimates only.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on parcel weight, destination city or province, and shipping method. All charges will appear at checkout before you confirm your order. If any additional courier charges apply, such as remote area fees, you will be informed before dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in most cities. Please keep the exact payment amount ready. Courier staff may not allow parcel opening before payment. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in restriction of COD service for your number or address.

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can track your parcel through the courier company’s online tracking system.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Delays may occur due to courier issues, incorrect delivery details, weather, or transportation problems. While we assist with courier coordination, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier once the parcel is dispatched.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays, extra courier fees, or return to sender (RTS). In case of RTS due to incorrect details, reshipping charges will apply.

Return to Sender (RTS)

A parcel may return to us if the courier cannot reach you, delivery attempts fail, address is incorrect, or COD payment is refused. Reshipping will require payment of new shipping charges.

Pre-Order or Custom Items

Pre-order or custom-made items may require additional processing time. Details will be mentioned on the product page or communicated before dispatch.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, try to open it in front of the courier, take photos or videos as proof, and contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be made after dispatch.
