Refund & Return Policy

Agha Jee Uniforms

At Agha Jee Uniforms, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet expectations, and we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order if any of the following conditions apply:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • You received an item in the wrong size compared to what you ordered


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or WhatsApp confirmation)

Note:
Items that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Socks

  • Undergarments

  • Customized / stitched products

  • Final sale or discounted items


4. Return Process

If you want to initiate a return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the parcel

  2. Share order number and issue details

  3. Send a clear picture or video of the product condition

  4. We will review and guide you through the return process

Once approved, you must ship the item back using any courier service.
Return shipping charges are paid by the customer, unless the mistake is from our side.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds apply only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock after payment

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective

Refund Method 

Refunds are issued via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Easypaisa

  • JazzCash

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Size issues (exchange offered instead)

  • Change of mind

  • Products damaged by the customer

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.


6. Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size or want a different size:

  • Exchange is possible within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customer pays return courier charges for size exchange

If the mistake is from our side, we will cover exchange shipping costs.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before confirmation.
Once the order is confirmed or dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.


8. Open Parcel Policy

As per courier rules in Pakistan, cash-on-delivery parcels cannot be opened before payment.
